Americas United Bank Helps
Downey Valero Forge Forward
Americas United Bank has proclaimed that it is open for business and they are putting their money where their mouth is. Recently AUB (the bank) came forth to assist Downey Valero, located at 10030 Lakewood Blvd., Downey, California.
The financed project was a complete construction renovation of an existing
gas station to restore it to a full service facility including a carwash,
gas station, and convenience store. The grand opening will take place this
Friday, August 21, 2009 at 12:00 PM (noon) where the Downey Chamber of
Commerce will have a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Roger Amir Rajabali, the General Manager of Downey Valero stated: “In spite of the current economic meltdown, there are many great opportunities for forward-thinking business people. It was critical for us to find a financial partner that agreed with that belief. We found that partner in Americas United Bank.”
George Sevilla of AUB stated: “other entities came together to demonstrate unified support for Downey Valero. For example, Advantage CDC located in Long Beach assisted with the SBA 504 loan program and the local Chamber of Commerce has been very helpful. This is a win win for everyone in the Downey community.”
Downey Valero would like to invite every one in the Downey area to stop in on Friday to join in the celebration.
